Awareness of Responsibility
Bearing responsibility is often not easy. A sign of awareness of responsibility is, for example, when a worker who is responsible for a task keeps themselves informed about individual phases of the process and has them under control.
First, you should accept responsibility for your own feelings and perceive it as something valuable, not as a burden. People who are close to us have a gift for winding us up, whether consciously or unconsciously. When and how you express your feelings is up to you. Basic emotions such as sadness or love naturally cannot be consciously controlled, but you can work on whether you feel anger or rage towards someone.
Instead of constantly directing failure towards external circumstances or other people, turn around and take responsibility for the situation and resolve it. The worst thing you can do is wait for someone else to change the situation and get you out of an unpleasant situation. If you lack the knowledge to complete a task, obtain the information. Always ask yourself first: "What can I do!"
In personal competencies, avoid extremes, strive for the middle ground. Healthy self-confidence is received much better by others than arrogant superiority. And a little nervousness is not harmful either when you have a mountain of tasks and duties ahead of you.
And here I definitely want to note that we at Greenhousing commit to responsibility and are still learning it.
