How to Order Server Housing

    Create an inquiry

    Use our inquiry form or contact us by email or phone. Specify the size of your server and other requirements. request form

    Receive an offer

    Based on your requirements, we will prepare a specific offer with prices and service details.

  3. 3

    Order confirmation

    After approving the offer, we will send you a contract and billing information. After signing the contract and payment, we can proceed with installation.

  4. 4

    Server installation

    You can install the server yourself, or use our contactless housing service, where we install the server for you.

  5. 5

    Operation and support

    After installation, we will provide you with all the necessary information for remote access to the server. Our technical support is available 24/7.

Server Installation

You have two options for installing your server in our datacenter:

1. Personal installation

You can install your server personally. In this case, it is necessary to arrange a visit to the datacenter in advance. Upon arrival, our technician will show you your rack location and help you connect the server to power and network.

2. Contactless housing

If you don't want or can't visit the datacenter personally, we offer contactless housing service. Simply send us your server (by mail or courier) or personally deliver it to our datacenter address. Our technicians will install the server, connect it to power and network, and ensure its proper setup.

After installation, we will provide you with all necessary information for connecting to the server (IP address, access credentials) and other instructions for its management.

Datacenter Access

Our customers have access to their servers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, access must be arranged in advance to ensure escort by our technician.

How to gain access to the datacenter:

  1. Contact us by email or phone and arrange a visit date
  2. Upon arrival at the datacenter, present valid identification
  3. Our technician will escort you to your server/rack
  4. During the visit, follow security instructions and datacenter rules

For customers with a full rack rental (RackHousing), we offer the option of having your own rack key and less restricted access.

Remote Hands Service

We also offer Remote Hands service, where you can request our technician to physically intervene on your server, for example:

  • Server restart
  • Cable replacement
  • Equipment status check
  • Basic configuration tasks

This service is charged at 150 CZK per action.

Our goal is always to resolve your problem as quickly as possible and ensure trouble-free operation of your server.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the availability of your services?

We guarantee 99.9% annual service availability thanks to redundant systems, backup power, and multiple internet connections.

How many IP addresses will I get with the server?

We provide 1 public IPv4 address and IPv6 /64 subnet per server as standard. Additional IPv4 addresses can be ordered for an extra fee if needed.

What is the minimum commitment period?

We provide services without a minimum commitment period with monthly billing as standard. For payment in advance for longer periods (annual, two-year), we offer discounts.

What if I need to change the service configuration?

Configuration changes are possible at any time. Just contact us and agree on new terms. In case of service expansion, the change is usually made immediately; for service reduction, you may need to wait until the end of the current billing period.

What about equipment insurance?

We recommend that customers arrange their own equipment insurance. Although we do everything for the security and availability of your servers, we cannot be held responsible for damages caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
