Therefore, all your requests for capacity changes, new IP ranges and other modifications to your services can be implemented by March 29, 2018, thus ensuring timely preparation for the Christmas period. To ensure trouble-free operation of all services, we do not plan any outages and work in our network during the period from March 29, 2018 to April 3, 2018 (inclusive). The goal is to prevent unpredictable events and resulting possible outages that could potentially affect your clients during the holiday period. For this reason, no new services will be activated during the specified period and no configuration changes will be implemented. If you anticipate making configuration changes to your services, please first consult these requirements with your sales representative to jointly prevent possible problems.
