Yes, 24/7/365 via fingerprint (for locked racks, in geo a card plus fingerprint). The number of authorised persons depends on the tariff or agreement. The person must have access and be registered. Arrival and departure must be reported to the data centre control room.

MINI-Housing is designed for small devices (BOX) smaller than 1U (NAS, Mac mini, NVIDIA DGX Spark) and costs from 500 Kč per month or 450 Kč per month when paid annually. Server-Housing involves the placement of 1U to 5U rack servers in a shared rack, starting from 680 Kč per month. Rack-Housing involves renting part or all of a rack (6U–42U) from 3,280 Kč per month; larger options include a private lockable space. All prices are exclusive of VAT and exclude electricity, which is charged according to actual consumption.

Via IPMI accessed via VPN, which is included in the price, and of course via SSH. For MINI-Housing, depending on the type of device, via SSH or remote power restart.

The contract is for an indefinite period with a 60-day notice period. Please send your notice of termination by email; it will take effect from the start of the following billing period.

Yes. Simply contact us; we’ll calculate the cost of the changes and send you an addendum to the contract. Your discounts will, of course, apply to any extra services.

For Server-Housing with 2–5 servers, the Server-Housing 2U/2×1U (1,280 Kč) and 3U/3×1U (1,880 Kč) tariffs are suitable for 4U or 5U.  For six units or more, Rack-Housing 6U–42U is usually the best option, as it offers a more robust service and a range of benefits such as multiple IP addresses, BGP, dual connectivity, choice of location and other types of support. For greater security, a locked 10U unit or your own half-rack or full rack is available in Vokovice or Žižkov. 

If you pay quarterly in advance, you’ll receive a 4% discount on the total price. If you pay half-yearly in advance, you’ll receive a 7% discount on the total price. If you pay annually in advance, you’ll receive a 10% discount on the total price.

These discounts can be combined with a further 5% discount 

for customers from Čech-Server.cz or non-profit organisations (-20), i.e. organisations whose primary aim is not to generate profit for their owners or members, as defined by ARES. The maximum discount is therefore 30 per cent off the hosting price when combining the non-profit discount with annual payment. 

Fill in a no-obligation enquiry form, to which we will reply within one working day. Once the contract has been signed and the deposit paid, you can bring or send the server. We will connect MINI-Housing no later than the second working day after delivery of the equipment.

The first billing date is the day the server is installed in the rack, based on a pro forma invoice payable within 14 days of the contract being signed.

No, all prices on the website are exclusive of VAT 21%.

Just the server and rack rails. PDU power supplies, cables and patch cables are included in the housing price. SFP+ and similar components are available on request. Please bring proof of identity to claim the CS discount. Please arrange your visit in advance before installation; free parking is available on site.

Yes, to the data centre address (Greendata s.r.o., Lužná 716/2, Prague 6, 16000). In Prague, we can also collect the server free of charge or assist with professional disconnection/connection. We will install and connect the server, carry out basic tests and send you the installation documentation.

We recommend them. Without rack rails, it is possible to place the server on a shelf (MINI-Housing) or, alternatively, a special server (to be arranged in advance).

Typically, NVIDIA DGX Spark, Acer Veriton GN100 AI Mini, Mac mini and Synology or QNAP NAS, or other mini-servers. We will install the equipment in the rack horizontally or vertically, with redundant power supply via ATS (A/B), continuous cooling and backed-up 1 Gbps connectivity. We can connect two or more DGX Spark units into a cluster.

We do not currently charge an installation fee for any of our hosting service options.
