Preparing Decisions
Decision-making is our daily bread. Even if we are not in a position where we decide on company strategy or the introduction of a new product, every day we make decisions about facts and processes, about what is important, about what will be done and what won't.
The most important foundation for decisions is the information we have available. We should find out all the facts that can shed light on our task.
There are various procedures for decision-making:
- pros and cons list
- ideal and worst-case scenario
- decision tree
- knockout system
- imagination
Generally speaking, we must stand behind our decisions. By making quick decisions, you will have more clarity in everyday life. The time you previously used for pondering and deliberating is now available for more useful things.
