Greendata s.r.o. is prepared this year as well to ensure smooth operation of all provided hosting and housed services. Therefore, all your requests for capacity changes, new IP ranges and other modifications to your services can be carried out by December 18, 2016 to ensure timely preparation for the Christmas period. To ensure trouble-free operation of all services, we do not plan any outages or work in our network during the period from December 19, 2016 to January 1, 2017 (inclusive). The goal is to prevent unpredictable events and resulting possible outages that could potentially affect your clients during the holiday period. For this reason, no configuration changes will be implemented during the specified period. If you anticipate making configuration changes to your services, please first consult these requirements with our help desk and let's prevent possible problems together.
