Therefore, all your requests for capacity changes, new IP ranges and other modifications to your services will be completed by Sunday, December 20, 2020 and we will ensure timely preparation for the Christmas period. This year only for one week.
To ensure trouble-free operation (i.e. Freeze) of all services, we do not plan any outages and work in our network during the period from December 21, 2010 to December 28, 2020 (inclusive), including new installations and similar.
The goal is to prevent unpredictable events and resulting possible outages that could potentially affect your clients during the holiday period. For this reason, we will not implement any configuration changes during the specified period.
If you anticipate making configuration changes to your services, please first consult these requests with our help-desk and let's prevent possible problems together.
