An event like never before, a gastronomic ride, a celebration of raw food and life! This Saturday, May 24th, Prague will experience the first year of the RawFest festival, a festival of living food, sports, entertainment and inspiration. It will be held at the Lifefood premises, on the edge of the Research Institutes complex in Běchovice, Prague 9, Podnikatelská 566, in close proximity to meadows, forests and groves. 
A Program of Hundreds of Flavors RawFest visitors can look forward to, alongside a rich showcase of the best from the rawfood world from dried products through exotic fruits to fresh raw menus prepared on site right before your eyes, also interactive workshops, sports, lectures, concerts (Denbaya, Happy Funeral, Revolta, Los Rumberos), entertainment and a fire show, simply the good things life offers, in abundance. In a taste-thrilling competition, the Golden Goodraw will be chosen, the best food and smoothie of RawFest. In a special booth, raw cooking demonstrations will take place throughout the day, where you can pick up some skills from the best professional chefs. Bio and eco exhibitors: vegan footwear, bio wardrobe, wooden products, bio cosmetics, aroma bar... Sports workshops include yoga exercises, trampoline, slackline, bodyrock and more. The charming Nela Boudová, who is a vegetarian and regularly practices yoga, will guide us through the entire day. All-day raw cooking demonstration marathon:
- 10:30 AM: Apple Strudel and Carrot-Beet Pie – Miloš Löffler, or treats made easily with accessible equipment
- 11:30 AM: Raw Ice Cream and Raw Cake – Tomáš Fleissner, or how to simply create amazing treats in just a few minutes
- 12:30 PM: Wild Greens – Wlasta Hlinková, or how to utilize catches from meadows and groves
- 1:30 PM: Easy Raw Sushi – Tereza Havrlandová, or a quick and simple version of this delicacy without complicated ingredients and equipment
- 2:30 PM: Raw Spread and what to do with it (sandwiches, salads) – Jindřiška Hanoldová & Erika Matěnová
- 3:30 PM: Raw Soups – Markéta Havrlandová, or tasty and super nutritious
- 4:30 PM: Zucchini Cannelloni with Peas and Fennel + Buckwheat Rawsotto + Arugula Salad with Strawberries, Ricotta and Strawberry Dip – Kaya Bezděk, or goodRAWties from Secret of Raw
Transformational Painting and Children 
A lovely part of RawFest will be the Blank Canvas Prague painting workshop. During it, a collective painting work will be created by many hands together, a deep tribute to Mother Earth. For children, in cooperation with the experiential park Zeměráj Kovářov, games, puzzles, treasure hunt, animal olympics, archery, mega bubbles, barefoot creating are prepared... Animals at the Festival When asked whether dogs would be allowed at RawFest, the festival organizers replied: "We are ready for dogs, there will be bowls of water waiting for them too. Entry is permitted while following the safety and hygiene rules set by the Visitor Rules, i.e., leash, muzzle and bags with you. We look forward to seeing you!"
